John Thompson, President
John’s introduction to the industrial real estate arena started in 1985 as an industrial broker with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., where he stayed until the formation of what is now PinPoint Commercial, in 1998, with a commitment to providing the highest quality real estate services to select customers and a primary focus on Industrial Real Estate Brokerage, Development and Investment activities.
Today, as a founding partner, John’s focus at PinPoint Commercial is leading the firm’s investment and development activities both locally and in many other markets around the country. Mr. Thompson is an Independent Director of Moody National REIT I.
John is currently working on industrial, retail and medical related projects in Houston, Dallas and San Antonio, Texas, as well as South Carolina and Florida. Mr. Thompson holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Texas in Austin. |

David Toone, Partner
David spent his first twenty years in the Houston real estate market as a top producing industrial broker with CB Richard Ellis, Inc and joined Trammell Crow Company in December 1999, to take charge of Build-to-Suit Services for the Houston Industrial Division.
As a founding partner of PinPoint Commercial, David brings 28 years of real estate brokerage, development and consulting experience to his role as Lead Industrial Principal. David has significantly expanded PinPoint’s industrial capabilities, introducing three large industrial developments in the Houston area.

Bruce Phillips, Partner
Prior to forming PinPoint Commercial, Bruce founded and served as President of Healthcare Property Company, which was formed in 1998 to service the real estate needs of clients in the ambulatory surgery center, specialty care, and primary care practices of medicine. The company specialized in investment sales, tenant representation, project representation, and development. Bruce’s focus was to work congruently with hospital systems, physician practice management organizations, and physician groups while maintaining complimentary relationships with both developers and brokers. Prior to forming HPC, Bruce served more than 10 years as a real estate professional for the national development company of Transwestern Commercial Services. Mr. Phillips is also a member of the Board of Directors for St. Luke’s Hospital. In 1996, Bruce started Transwestern’s Health Care Real Estate Services initiative, leading the client development program and structuring the implementation of services to health care companies.

Charles Turner, Chief Financial Officer
Prior to joining PinPoint Commercial, Charles was Vice President of Finance, Planning and Operations for Attachmate (formerly NetIQ), a $400 Million software company, where he was responsible for financial management, strategic planning activities and real estate. Prior to Attachmate, Charles worked at BMC Software where he was responsible for restructuring the company’s real estate portfolio, saving the company over $30 Million per year in real estate expense from asset sales and lease restructuring. Charles also has several years experience in Big 4 consulting as well as industrial distribution management.

Adam Allen, Director of Acquisitions & Development
Adam focuses on client development, opportunistic investments and project management for PinPoint Commercial, specifically for development opportunities in the industrial, medical and retail arenas. His expertise lies in investment analysis, financial modeling, and the acquisition and development of commercial property. Using those skills combined with his industry relationships, his primary role is to source new value creation opportunities and manage on-going development projects for the partnership. Adam has previous experience in real estate investment banking working for CBRE Capital Markets / LJ Melody. While there, he focused on the underwriting, transaction management, and closing of approximately $200 million in capital raising ventures. Adam holds a B.B.A. in Finance from The University of Texas in Austin. |

Stephen Clay, Director of Construction
Stephen is responsible for the management of construction projects developed by PinPoint Commercial, including conceptual estimating, project scheduling, design coordination, contractor selection and negotiation, and value engineering.
Stephen brings over fifteen years experience as a General Contractor, successfully constructing over $150 Million in various building types. Prior to joining PinPoint Commercial, Clay was the Estimator for Camden Builders Commercial Division working primarily on office buildings, auto dealerships, retail centers and industrial warehouses. He also performed Project Management duties while at Camden and Tellepsen Builders. While at Tellepsen, Stephen worked on various design build projects including office buildings, industrial facilities, healthcare facilities and churches.
Stephen studied Finance at The University of Texas in El Paso, and has numerous Construction Management and Safety certifications. |

Hank Dixon, Senior Associate
After a successful career in the accounting and financial services field, Hank ventured into commercial real estate with InSite Realty Partners in Houston in 2002. Since beginning his real estate career, Hank has been directly involved in the acquisition, disposition and development of real estate assets valued over $100 million.
At PinPoint Commercial, Hank is responsible for ensuring the overall success of the project. From site analysis and identification, contractor coordination, project financial management and due diligence management, Hank ensures that PinPoint stays on schedule and on budget. |

Tiffany M. Ley, Marketing Coordinator
Tiffany focuses on developing and executing all marketing strategies for PinPoint Commercial, including building all marketing collateral, broker relations, signage, public relations, market research, and company functions for PinPoint Commercial. Before Tiffany joined PinPoint, she held a marketing position at McGuyer Homebuilders, Inc. (MHI) in Houston before relocating to start the Marketing Department for their Austin and San Antonio markets. Ms. Ley graduated Magna Cum Laude from St. Edward’s University where she received a degree in Marketing.
