Building First Source’s metal constructed distribution and manufacturing building finished in April 2007. Before construction began, BFS was located in two separate company-owned facilities and one leasehold property. PinPoint Commercial was able to select and negotiate for a new facility site, and value engineer the facility for substantial construction savings, savings which allowed for additional improvements to the project. The efficiencies created through the consolidations and value engineered design of the 57,000 square foot facility not only decreased operating costs, but resulted in increased market sales of over 100 percent.
