Eric joined PinPoint in 2019 as an Associate on PinPoint’s Multifamily Development Team. Eric is responsible for supporting the team’s financial modeling, market determination, site analysis and selection, and pre-development for PinPoint’s active adult properties. Prior to joining PinPoint, Eric served at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage where he helped facilitate real estate debt originations totaling over $260 million as a lead analyst. He is a graduate of General Electric’s two-year Financial Management Program where he served in multiple countries in a wide variety of roles including financial planning, accounting, operations analysis, auditing, forecasting, treasury management, and commercial finance. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill. Eric sits on the board of the Collaborative for Children non-profit, which provides support and training for early childcare centers in the Houston-Galveston region. A history enthusiast, Eric has an interest in the preservation of historic commercial buildings in Texas.
