Iggy is a principle with PinPoint Commercial specializing in affordable and conventional multi-family and active adult housing. Iggy is responsible for leading the strategic direction and operations of the multi-family development, construction, leasing, and management teams. These responsibilities include guiding the national development, construction, acquisition, and disposition activities of PinPoint’s multi-family and active adult housing division across the country. Iggy has been responsible for the development and construction of approximately 2,000 units.

Iggy is focused on expanding PinPoint’s asset base by utilizing his expertise in financial modeling, market determination, site analysis and selection as well as the creation of product and unit types. He possesses a comprehensive background across the full spectrum of multi-family development and construction: assembling strategic development teams, sourcing and negotiating numerous financing structures, and directly coordinating the entire development process, both from a development management, as well as a general contractor, perspective.

Working with specific product types within the multi-family segment, he also enjoys deep-rooted relationships with equity investors, design professionals, construction and permanent lenders. He lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and 3 children.
